Mr. Wilson Fok joined Kum Shing as Consultant – EV Business in 2023 and was later appointed as Director – New Venture and Investment for Hong Kong Energy Infrastructure (a member company of Kum Shing Group) where he is principally responsible for developing opportunities for new ventures and business models to leverage the Group’s core strengths and to add value to, enhance and expand the Group’s business as well as evaluating potential mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, partnerships, strategic cooperation, and investment opportunities, in alignment with the Group’s overall goals and objectives. He is also leading and facilitating the Group’s overall strategy and planning for the development of EV related business.

Wilson has over 20 years of experience in the fields of investment banking, corporate development, finance, accounting and legal. He was a licensed IPO sponsor principal by The Securities and Futures Commission, a qualified certified public accountant in Hong Kong and Australia, and a qualified lawyer in Australia. He holds a double bachelor degree in Commerce and Laws from the University of Melbourne.

Before joining Kum Shing, Wilson held various senior positions in international, Chinese and local investment banks where he oversaw initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, financial advisory and other corporate finance transactions. He currently sits on the board of two companies listed on the Mainboard of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited as independent non-executive director.
