Ir Henry Lam joined Kumshing in 2017 as Senior Advisor. He provides professional advice in respect of the development of the corporation’s engineering and construction business.

Prior to joining Kumshing, Henry worked with MTR Corporation for around 30 years where he had held various key management positions including General Manager of Shatin to Central Link Project. Henry had also worked with consultant companies and contractors and accumulated extensive experience in the design, construction and project management of railway engineering.

Henry is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. He was a member of the Operations Review Committee and the Corruption Prevention Advisory Committee of the Independent Commission Against Corruption.
