Mr. James Ng joined Kum Shing as an Assistant General Manager in 2000 and was subsequently promoted to General Manager, Director and Department Head. In 2016, he was appointed as a Senior Director. Currently, James champions the People Function, while also serving as a technical advisor for the high voltage projects and participating in relevant tendering and project performance reviews.  James also oversee the Kum Shing Young Professional Club (YPC).

Prior to joining Kum Shing, James worked for CLP for 22 years, where he developed a strong background in electrical engineering, administration and management.
