We have a dedicated and robust Talent Acquisition team responsible for attracting and retaining talented individuals for Kum Shing. We actively engage in career fairs and seminars organized by tertiary institutions in Hong Kong, as well as other cities like Shanghai, Beijing, London, and Manchester.

In addition to our participation in such events, we have implemented programs to attract talent to join our company. Our Summer Internship Program offers students the opportunity to gain practical experience in a real-world setting, allowing them to expand their networks and gain exposure before officially entering the workforce. Our Management Trainee Program provides recent graduates the chance to work in various departments, enabling them to progress along a career path that leads to management positions in the future.

Furthermore, Kum Shing utilizes other recruitment sources, including partnerships with training institutions such as the Employees Retraining Board (ERB) and the Vocational Training Council (VTC). Through these partnerships, we offer technical skills training programs for individuals interested in joining the construction industry.
