Ir Chun Pan Lam (C P) joined Kum Shing in 2022, and was subsequently appointed as the Director –  Large Project Delivery, then Executive Director in 2025.

C P currently oversees the delivery of Engineering & Construction Contracts (“ECC”) for all Business Line Departments and serves as the head of Civil & Building Department. Additionally, C P leads the Corporate’s initiatives as the Vice-chairman of the Large Project Review Committee and a member of the Tender Review Committee.

C P has over 26 years of solid experience in numerous engineering infrastructure projects with sophisticated understanding and involvement of project lifecycle. He has extensive experience in handling public works projects for the Highways Department, Civil Engineering and Development Department, Drainage Services Department, Water Supplies Department, Environmental Protection Department, and the MTR, as well as deep understanding in running NEC contracts.
