Ir Chun Pan Lam (CP) joined Kum Shing in 2022, and was subsequently appointed as the Deputy Director of Civil & Building, to support the development and growth of Civil & Building.

CP has over 26 years of solid experience in numerous engineering infrastructure projects with sophisticated understanding and involvement of project lifecycle. He has extensive experience in handling public works projects for the Highways Department, Civil Engineering and Development Department, Drainage Services Department, Water Supplies Department, Environmental Protection Department, and the MTR, as well as deep understanding in running NEC contracts.

CP currently oversees the delivery of large-tier government projects, manages all project staff, and grows the subcontractor base of Kum Shing.
