Mr. Raymond Law joined Kum Shing as the General Manager in 2013. He currently oversees the Mainland Business, leading the project team in running property development projects from the initial sketch to final completion of the project lifecycle. In 2024, he was appointed as the Head of Infrastructure Function, responsible for managing the facilities and operations of the Group. Additionally, he is a member of the Tender Review Committee.

Before joining Kum Shing, Raymond held various senior positions in several Main contractors  and developers in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He has accumulated 40 years of experience in the construction industry, with over 31 years in managerial roles managing sizable property development projects in Hong Kong and Mainland China. During this time, he gained profound experience in land acquisition, planning, project management, construction management ,  Sales and marketing of real estate , property management , liaising and coordinating with the government, risk management, and cost control.

Raymond holds a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Griffith University. He is a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) in the Building Surveying Division, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), and the Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers (HKICM).
