Mr. Francis Lo joined Kum Shing in 2016 as an Executive Director. Currently, he is responsible for business development and acquisition, serving as a technical advisor for major plant projects. Francis also steers the Corporate’s initiatives, taking charge of the Opportunity Capture Team and leads the newly-established Tender Review Committee.

Francis has over 40 years of experience in the energy and power infrastructure sectors, having served both ABB and CLP in key management positions. On top of his industry specific expertise, Francis has an enviable track record in business development, capital project management, commercial innovation, business transformation and corporate governance.
