Ms. Ann Wong joined Kum Shing as a Non-Executive Director in 2013 and was appointed as an Executive Director in 2015. Currently, she champions the Corporate’s functions of Finance, Internal Audit, Company Secretary, and Innovation & New Ventures areas, as well as overseeing the performance of Hong Kong Energy Infrastructure Ltd. (HEI) and Project ZETTA. Ann is also responsible for steering the financial planning and review initiatives as a member of the Strategy Implementation Team (SIT), and the Investment Sub-Committee.

Prior to joining Kum Shing, Ann worked with Ernst & Young and Cathay Pacific Airways in various capabilities including managerial positions, from which she accumulated professional experience in auditing and project management.

Educated in Hong Kong and Canada, Ann holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from University of Toronto. She is a qualified accountant and a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
