Kum Shing Management and Frontline Teams United for Stand Down Day
To reinforce frontline safety management, all Kum Shing line departments and major projects held a total of 14 sessions as part of the Stand Down Day. Our management led project teams, frontline supervisors, subcontractors, and workers in sharing sessions, reflections, and site inspections, demonstrating the Company’s commitment to safety.
During the events, all participants responded to the Construction Industry Council’s call to observe a moment of silence in memory of those who lost their lives in construction-related accidents this year. It served as a clear reminder of the importance of maintaining a strong safety mindset.
Speaking at the event, our CEO Rex Wong, JP emphasized that a safety culture can only be built and sustained through the collective efforts of every colleague. He urged all members to continue putting safety first by proactively identifying risks, looking out for one another, and speaking up when concerns arise.
