Provision of Tradesmen for The Twins

EnGenius, a subsidiary of Kum Shing Holdings, provides comprehensive round-the-clock maintenance services for the facilities at The Twins, a retail complex owned by Lifestyle International Holdings Limited. Tower I houses the new SOGO department store. A team of 20 to 30 technicians is responsible for providing technical support on air-conditioning, lighting, ventilation, electrical works, etc., from 2024 to 2026.

This contract marks the second time EnGenius has secured a talent supply agreement in the retail and commercial complex category, following their work with AIRSIDE.
