Kum Shing was awarded a distribution overhead line contract by CLP Power, continuing to deliver installation and maintenance works across a wide area of the New Territories.

Overhead lines form a critical part of Hong Kong’s electricity supply network. Compared with underground cables, they are more exposed to weather and environmental conditions, requiring greater emphasis on proactive maintenance and equipment optimization. With over two decades of experience in overhead line works, our power systems team provides comprehensive services covering not only maintenance and technical works, but also planning, permit applications, and public engagement. During typhoons and extreme weather, our team remains on standby for emergency repairs, supporting the client in maintaining a stable electricity supply and minimizing disruption to the community.
