Noble House

Kum Shing has undertaken numerous large-scale civil and building construction projects in the past, including residential buildings. To expand our investment and development capabilities to the Greater Bay Area, we launched a private residential development project in Dongguan, Guangdong.

In 2017, Noble House Development, a subsidiary of the group, invested in and developed the residential project “Noble House” in Dongguan. Located in the heart of the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone, it is also one of the first “urban renewal” projects in the area. The project incorporated high-quality management practices from Hong Kong and international innovative concepts, creating a conducive living environment and revitalizing the community.
