Kum Shing assisted the Highways Department on the management and maintenance of over 70,000 public lighting facilities in New Territories West, including conventional road lighting, village lighting, gantry sign lighting, roadside directional sign lighting, traffic bollards, and the associated network of cables, ducts, and peripheral items.
Kum Shing has been carrying out public lighting projects since 1982 and working with the Government on various public lighting system management projects since 2002.
