Road Construction at LOHAS Park Project

Kum Shing undertook the road construction project for the large-scale property development project “LOHAS Park” by MTR Corporation, responsible for construction of carriageways, roadside planters and footpaths, signages, road markings, street lightings, CCTV systems, and landscaping for the vicinity of its 4th and 6th phases. The preliminary works aimed to connect the MTR station with the large shopping mall in the area for the convenience of residents. Faced with tight schedules, bad weather conditions, and various challenges, Kum Shing Civil & Building Team relied on their extensive project management and construction experience to ensure the progress of the project.
