Cultural Landmark “Yan Garden”
Cultural Landmark “Yan Garden”
Kum Shing has undertaken numerous large-scale industrial facilities, educational institution facilities, residential buildings, and various other types of construction projects in the past. Furthermore, we have expanded our investment and development capabilities to the Greater Bay Area and launched a highly-anticipated cultural tourist destination development project in Dongguan City.
Located in Shipai, Dongguan, Yan Garden fully embodies Noble House Development’s concept of revitalization and renovation. While preserving the original architectural features and protecting cultural heritage, the project involves innovative design and transformation of the historic Yanling Guesthouse. Together with the newly constructed art museum, creative village, distinctive gardens, and the existing WKF Residence, it forms a cultural and artistic landmark with a total area of over 30,000 square meters and a building area of 5,000 square meters.
The buildings and landscapes in the garden showcase a combination of modern Lingnan style with Western garden and architectural design principles, creating a unique blend of aesthetic and practical value. The first phase of the garden features a permanent exhibition hall, multimedia exhibition hall, multifunctional hall, reading room, and café. The second phase includes a 3D visual art museum and a boutique hotel.
The garden provides a platform for emerging artists from various regions to showcase their talent, engage in interactive exchanges, and offers the public a space that combines historical traditions with artistic and cultural experiences.
