The SHEQ Convention stands as a testament to Kum Shing’s steadfast dedication to cultivating a positive safety culture for all stakeholders. We remain committed to enhancing safety, health, and environmental quality at every site, driving us towards a more sustainable workplace for our employees.
Recently, Kum Shing initiated a series of SHEQ conventions, with the three main events successfully held in July with participation from over 1,200 Kum Shing and subcontractor employees.
This year’s conventions covered diverse SHEQ topics, including the application of the Smart Site Safety System (4S) and the safety management platform CyView, the worker scoring system introduced by the CIC, heat stroke prevention skills, muscle stretching training, and sustainability and SHEQ strategies at construction sites. Conferences were also held across various projects, including a special session for ethnic minority employees.
