Appointment of the Chairman of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of Kum Shing Group has unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. Rex Wong, JP as Chairman of the Board, effective from November 11, 2024. Rex has served as Acting Chairman of the Board since March 2021, leading the Board in steering Kum Shing’s corporate governance while being accountable to the shareholder, the Wong family. Rex has extensive board leadership experience by serving on more than half a dozen institution boards in Hong Kong, Canada and the United States. In addition to his role as Chairman of the Board, Rex will continue to serve as the Group’s CEO, leveraging and strengthening the Group’s core competencies to create value for both Kum Shing and industry, leading the formulation of business direction and strategies and ensuring operation excellence.
