Long Service Award 2024

The continued development of Kum Shing relies on the dedication and contribution of many colleagues in their respective positions. The Group has earlier presented long service awards to 36 colleagues who have completed 10, 20 and 30 years of service this year, thanking them for their long service and encouraging them to continue to grow with the Group.

We currently have nearly 300 long-serving employees with over 10 years of service. Kum Shing Group CEO Mr. Rex Wong, JP, highlighted at the ceremony, “It gives me great confidence that so many colleagues will continue their careers at Kum Shing. Despite the challenges in the business environment, nothing is insurmountable as long as we all work together.” He also highlighted that many new colleagues who have joined the Group in recent years are equally important to the team, and he looked forward to seeing all the members utilizing their abilities and wisdom to drive the Group forward.
