Kum Shing Receives CLP COO Grand Award

We are proud to share that Kum Shing has once again been recognised by our long-standing client, CLP Power, with the COO Grand Award, in honour of our power systems project teams for their outstanding performance and best practices in promoting a strong culture of health, safety, environment, and quality. Our CEO Mr. Rex Wong, JP, received the award from Mr Eric Cheung, Chief Operating Officer of CLP Power. He appreciated the project teams for their commitment to high standards, exceptional execution, and professionalism across all sites.

For decades, Kum Shing has delivered turnkey solutions to support the operation and development of Hong Kong’s electricity supply network. Our services span the full spectrum of transmission and distribution circuits, from 400kV to low voltage. The company is particularly recognised for its capabilities in trenching and road works, effectively managing large, distributed workforces across multiple high-visibility sites throughout the city. By integrating smart technologies and innovation, we continue to raise safety standards and improve operational efficiency.

Earlier this year, Kum Shing once again secured six power systems contracts from CLP. This COO Grand Award reaffirms the trust our client places in us and strengthens our resolve to ensure a reliable, stable, and safe power supply for the city.
