Award of School Construction Contract in Fanling North New Development Area

We have been jointly awarded the construction contract for a primary school at Area 17, Fanling North New Development Area, by Architectural Services Department. The project is a joint venture between W. Hing Construction (a member company of Kum Shing Group), China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation, and Sun Fook Kong (Civil).

The Fanling North New Development Area stands as a key component of the Northern Metropolis. Upon full development, it will accommodate an additional population of about 95,000. The school will feature 30 classrooms, a library, a sports ground, and other modern educational facilities to meet the growing demand for public primary school places driven by population growth in the area.

Beyond our contributions to power and transport infrastructure development, we are proud to play a role in shaping the future of the Northern Metropolis through building works.
