MTR Tin Shui Wai Station Electric Bus Charging Facilities Project

In recent years, Kum Shing has been actively expanding into the EV charging market and has accumulated solid experience. Through cross disciplinary collaboration, we have secured a two-year contract for the Provision of Electric Bus Charging Facilities near Tin Shui Wai Station (TIS).

The Civil & Building and the Electrical & Mechanical teams will work together to construct a two-storey 11kV substation, install eight EV chargers, three containers, and two mobile security kiosks near TIS. The scope of work also includes Excavation and Lateral Support (ELS) for the substation’s foundation and fence walls, as well as drainage, tree transplantation, and electrical and mechanical works.
