Mr TSANG Ka Chun Jack
Mr Jack Tsang joined Kum Shing as an Assistant Engineer in 2004. He has since been progressively promoted, holding positions as Senior Manager and Assistant General Manager. Currently, he serves as a Deputy Director and the Head of Urban Facilities, overseeing the system management, operation, installation, and maintenance services of public lighting, which covers nearly 70% of Hong Kong’s public lighting system. Previously, he led a team of over 200 people, providing one-stop construction and emergency maintenance services for CLP’s distribution network projects for more than 10 years.
Jack holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
