Ir LAM Sai Kit Ryo
Ir Ryo Lam joined Kum Shing as an Assistant Engineer in 2005. He has been promoted progressively along the pathway to Senior Manager, Assistant General Manager and General Manager. He is currently a Deputy Director of Civil Building, responsible for overseeing civil projects including operation, cost control, contract administration, tendering and reaching out to new potential clients related to the civil project market.
Before joining Kum Shing, he worked for other construction companies in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong, responsible for temporary work design, site supervision, and site coordination, where he developed profound knowledge in tendering, site operation, structural design, project planning, as well as controlling and monitoring site safety, quality and progress.
Ryo holds an Honors Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Paisley. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer, a member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) and the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE). He is also a Registered Professional Engineer (CVL) and Authorized Signatory (AS) of Registered General Building Contractor (RGBC). He currently holds the qualification of an NEC 4 accredited Project Manager.
