Kum Shing is founded as a civil and building contractor and has completed numerous building construction projects including large industrial facilities, educational institution facilities and high-rise housing apartments. In addition to new buildings, the current focus is to develop a strong building maintenance presence. Through providing timely, quality and environmental friendly design and build services, KS has a track record of satisfactorily meeting the demanding facility management needs of KS’s utilities and transportation sector clients. In addition to foundation and superstructure works, KS has accumulated extensive experiences in building services especially in relation to MVAC and environmental lighting. KS will continue to strengthen its in-house design capabilities in order to compete for more signature addition and alteration works as well as interior fitting out works.
