Mr LO Ka Cheung Francis
Executive Director – Chief Development Strategist
Mr. Francis Lo joined Kumshing in 2016 as an Executive Director. Currently, he oversees the operation and development of the corporation’s generation business.
He also leads the Corporate Commercial Function in the development and management of tendering, contracting, asset management and supply chain management systems.
Prior to joining Kumshing, Francis worked with CLP and ABB Group where he had held various key management positions and accumulated over 30 years of experience in energy infrastructure. Francis is experienced in the development, execution and management of large scale asset projects. His success in business optimization, commerce innovation and corporate governance is significant.
