Our prestigious 6-week Summer Internship Program is back, offering driven and passionate undergraduate and postgraduate students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and become industry-ready. Starting from July 3, selected students will work alongside our skilled engineers and professionals in the following disciplines and fields:
- Civil Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Energy and Environment
Last year’s program saw over 500 applications, with 10 exceptional students from local and global universities selected. They gained invaluable insights through mentorship, on-site operations, and site visits, leaving a lasting impression with their dedication and innovative ideas.
Requirements
- University student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related discipline
- Outgoing, passionate, and proactive in learning through construction projects and business
- Strong team player and communicator, proficient in English and Chinese (fluent Cantonese is an advantage)
- Good academic results
- Available to work full-time during the internship period (July 3 – August 14, 2026)

- Selected candidates will receive their offer by the end of May.
