Quantity Surveyor – E&M (Ref: EMD-QS-2024-0184-KSW)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in procurement and management of subcontractors
- Manage tendering, re-measurement, valuing variations, cost control, contract administration and dealing with sub-contractors’ accounts
- Coordinate and communicate with internal or external stakeholders, including client, project teammates, sub-contractors, etc.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil, Building or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in NEC4 Option C is advantageous
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player and able to work independently
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
