Kum Shing collaborated closely with the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department on the design, procurement, and construction to replace the high voltage power supply system at Cheung Tsing Tunnel.

The Replacement of High Voltage Power Supply System at Cheung Tsing Tunnel Project is one of the first batch of project issued the Smart Site Safety System (4S) label by the Development Bureau and the Construction Industry Council.
