Black Start Diesel Generator EPC Project

In the Black Start Diesel Generator EPC project initiated by CLP, a cross-departmental team composed of the Process & Plant Team, Civil & Building Team, and Electrical & Mechanical Team will assist the client in building 13 diesel generators at the Black Point Power Station and 1 diesel generator at Penny’s Bay Power Station, along with the associated building facilities. The new generators will provide initial power for regular generation units during emergencies, ensuring power supply stability in Kowloon and the New Territories. This being CLP’s first NEC4 (ECC) contract, winning this contract signifies an important milestone for Kum Shing and we are proud that our technical strength is being recognized by the client.
